Events Witnessed:

All divers had to show IDs.  Most young male pedestrians going from Ramallah to Jerusalem had IDs checked against a list of numbers.

Four boys detained at 15:30 and held throughout entire presence of ICW monitors.  One of them was taken away in army jeep at 16:07.
