Number of Soldiers Present:  varied at times between 6 and 10

Soldiers Names, ID #’s, License Plate #’s, Etc: First jeep number: 669467. Second jeep number: 669932

 Events Witnessed:

18:20    Around 5 to 6 soldiers are present.  A jeep (#669467) was parked on the Jerusalem-Ramallah side of the road. There is no traffic jam and not many cars are traveling either. The Israeli soldiers are not stopping any cars.

18:33    Another jeep arrives (# 669932) with four to five soldiers inside. Apparently the first jeep has mechanical problems. The soldiers used the second jeep in order to fix             the first one.

18:39   Soldiers stop cars driving in the direction of Jerusalem. The traffic slows down for 1 minute.

18:42:   Soldiers stop an Audi car with yellow plates for at least 3 minutes.
