At first they were a novelty; along with the aroma of turmeric and auto-rickshaws and sugary chai, the monkeys were part of India's welcome reception.
 

 
Then there was the Monkey Incident at the hotel in Gopalpur-On-Sea. A little to close to where we sleep. But now, the monkeys have come home: our home. On our balcony in the morning, grooming, wrestling, hissing (are you hissing at me? are you...? oh crap, you are hissing at me.)
